Fleximinds Sp. z o.o.

Fleximinds Sp. z o.o. started its business in 2024, headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. A subsidiary was opened in Riga, Latvia in 2025. The company was founded to do two things well: supply industrial coolants to customers who need them, and arrange the transport that gets industrial goods where they need to go.

We work with manufacturers, refrigeration specialists, HVAC installers, and freight customers across Europe and Asia. The team is small, direct, and focused — when you reach out, you get a person on the other end who can quote, source, and dispatch.

What we do

Two complementary businesses

⛟ Industrial Coolants

Refrigerants are essential and are used in cooling and air-conditioning systems across virtually every industry — refrigerators, automotive air-conditioning, supermarket cold rooms, solar thermal plants, refrigerated shipping containers, and industrial process cooling. They transfer heat away from equipment and keep critical systems running at the right temperature.

For most of the 20th century the industry depended on freon-based refrigerants. Since the Montreal Protocol, modern HFC blends — R-404A, R-407C, R-134A, R-410A — have taken their place. We stock and supply these in cylinders sized for both small installers and large industrial buyers.

Fleximinds also offers transport brokerage services. We arrange delivery of goods throughout Europe and Asia — by road, rail, or sea — coordinating with a network of carriers and forwarders to find the right route, the right price, and the right schedule for your shipment.
